Weir Plates
       &
Scum Baffles

Warminster Fiberglass manufactures weir plates, scum baffle plates, lap plates, cover plates and scum baffle support brackets of the highest quality.  They are made of fiberglass reinforced polyester resin, matched-die molded to produce smooth, resin rich surfaces, free of voids, porosity, exposed glass, cracks and crazes.  All edges are sealed in the mold.
 
 

The weir plates are fabricated in 4 standard configurations, to ANSI/AWWA F102-96 Standards:

  1. 11 7/8" high with 2 7/8" deep 90° V-notches on 5 15/16" centers.
  2. 9 1/8" high with 2 5/8" deep 90° V-notches on 6" centers.
  3. 9" high with 2" deep 90° V-notches on 4" centers.
  4. 9" high with 2" deep 90° V-notches on 12" centers.
