C-P-S provides services to a variety of customers with diverse support requirements. To respond to the varying needs, the field services we provide can be tailored to any level desired and can be negotiated on individual basis. The services can include an agreed upon set of deliverables at a predetermined price, or the  support can be billed on time and material basis.

Full turnkey installation services, or installation supervision,  are offered by our field service technicians. Start-up support and troubleshooting can be supplied by our engineering staff.  We also provide customized training programs and carry out various maintenance contracts. Our strong belief in predictive and preventive maintenance has led us to the introduction of programs for diagnostics, preventive maintenance and timely system upgrades to make certain that most problems never develop. 

C-P-S service agreements are the vehicle for the tools and the expertise that ensure efficient and trouble-free operation. Besides emergency coverage, such agreements can offer staff training, integrity testing, instrumentation calibration, maintenance recommendations, documentation updates and system enhancement audits . The audits provide information which can become basis for long-range planning and proactive maintenance. A C-P-S consultant works with the customer to set goals and identify critical areas of the control system. Then experienced engineers review, analyze and outline their suggestions. A systematic approach to planning and execution of routine maintenance, along with a team of experts available to respond to the unanticipated needs, is the key to minimizing cost without sacrificing reliability.
