C-P-S
has complete system fabrication facilities including the ability to do
skid construction and welding (copper, steel, aluminum or PVC), piping,
painting, panel manufacturing and wiring. Our production unit is fully
equipped down to computerized wire tags and computerized label engraving.
Our facility has an assembly area spacious enough to handle even large
size projects.
C-P-S shop personnel include technicians, electricians, mechanics, painters and welders, all with extensive work experience. Our people are competent and thorough, and their training guarantees a fast turnaround - with applications that work right the first time. Systems can be assembled from customer supplied parts, can be built to customer specifications, or can be designed with assistance from our Engineering Unit staff to fit customer needs and budget. Our service can consist of any of the following: engineering and documentation; parts procurement and incoming QC; mechanical and electrical assembly; final check-out and factory acceptance tests; packaging and shipping. All our systems are subject to thorough Quality Control inspection. Our check-out services include continuity, logic, visual and physical testing. Power testing, wiring verification, individual I/O point activation, software verification and system burn-in can all be performed. C-P-S Quality Policy requires that our deliveries be consistent and excellent enough to motivate our customers to work with us again. We conduct customer satisfaction surveys to solicit feedback and utilize that information to continuously improve our service. The Quality Program now in effect at C-P-S is shaped in preparation for the requirements of ISO 9001 and is documented in C-P-S Quality Assurance Control Procedures Manual No. 9410CSA. All manufacturing is performed under guidelines set forth in industry accepted standards such as NEC, ANSI/NFP79, EIA, NEMA and IEEE. C-P-S has been approved by t he Underwriters Laboratory as a UL Certified Manufacturing Facility for both US and Canada, and by the Canadian Standards Association to provide CSA Certification of Custom Industrial Control Assemblies. We are also allowed to provide the CE mark. With our broad capability, C-P-S offers an efficient and practical means of either manufacturing a complete product, or of executing select tasks only. The support of a full-service firm is available, if required, to projects large and small. Through in-house design, programming, compliance and start-up responsibility, C-P-S is able to deliver a solution that's fully integrated, thoroughly tested and ready to perform on installation. |
