C-1500N Series
Featuring Blue-White's Exclusive Heavy Duty Cartridge Valve Head. We believe it's the best head in the business! The revolutionary design of this head begins with BULLET Cartridge Valves constructed of tough PVDF Plastic. Each Valve has two Ceramic Ball Checks and, is double sealed with high grade Viton* o-rings. The double ball valve design of this head means the pump has enhanced priming capabilities and, is exceptional for purging air and gas. |

ENHANCEMENTS
This Classic metering injector just keeps getting better! Four substantial upgrades have recently been made to the C-1500N. OUTPUT ADJUSTMENT -- Each C-1500N is now fitted with a bearing supported top drive assembly. This greatly enhances accuracy at moderate to elevated pressures. BETTER COOLING -- The cover has been slightly reworked (you won't even notice) and, the diameter and pitch of the fan have been adjusted. Expect up to 25% better cooling. FOOT VALVE -- The Re Designed Foot Valve/Strainer is an important upgrade. Body construction is molded PVDF with a ceramic ball valve. AESTHETICS -- The output label has undergone design and color changes to make reading and setting the adjustment easier. |

The D Model features the pinpoint accuracy of digital output control with bright LED read-out and a 4000:1 turndown ratio. A Models are fitted with a Solid State Output control in One Minute or Five Second Cycles and have a 2000:1 turndown ratio. The E Models are Capable of receiving 4-20mA, 0-10VDC and Pulsed Signal Inputs. These signal inputs are used to auto- matically adjust the output of the injector. The NOIR C1700N Duplex Head
Injector
The C1700N has twin, independently controlled, Heavy Duty Cartridge Valve Heads. This design ensures efficient use of motor power, and is particularly important for overcoming back pressure. The alternating strokes of the C1700N mean double the injections per minute. This is of significance to those who require a pump approaching a constant, even feed rate. The versatile C1700N is suitable for use in a variety of applications. For example, it will inject different amounts of like chemical into separate systems or feed two different chemicals into the same system (blend). |

CHEM-FEED C-600P
A SIMPLE EFFICIENT DESIGN This little workhorse sets the standard for simple, efficient design and dependable service. Moving parts are kept to a minimum, helping to keep the unit practically maintenance-free. C-600P Injectors have a front mounted head and, an easy to adjust, side mounted, diaphragm stroke adjustment (output rate control). The C-600P features Blue-White's Exclusive Heavy Duty Cartridge Valve Pump Head that resists both clogging and airlocks. The C-600P may be ordered with an optional solid state output controller mounted directly to the pump housing. When you need to get the job done efficiently and, economically, choose the CHEM-FEED C-600P. |

CHEM-FEED C-3000P
HIGH VOLUME PUMP HEAD Blue-White's CHEM-FEED C-3000P injector features styling similar to that of the C-600P. The difference is in the pump head. The C-3000P features a large pump head of machined acrylic outfitted with extra large valves. This design permits greater quantities of fluid to be pumped. The C-3000P is often used as a transfer pump. The C-3000P is equipped with Blue-White's own all ball bearing gear motor with permanent lubrication. The unit can run dry without damage. |

CHEM-FEED C-1200
HIGH PRESSURE or HIGH OUTPUT The CHEM-FEED C-1200 injector is engineered for accurate metering of chemical, ease of operation, and long service life. This tough injector can handle higher pressures, or higher output demands than other CHEM-FEED injectors. The benefits begin with the unique liquid end. It's machined of high density PolyPro and is outfitted with large ceramic ball checks, Viton* o-ring seals and 1/2" adapters. Two types of diaphragm configurations are offered. For maximum pressure applications, up to 175 psi, choose the Standard diaphragm (3" in diameter). For maximum output applications, up to 36 GPH, choose the Large diaphragm (4" in diameter). |
