Bead and Crevice-Free (BCF) Joining System
The BCF joining system produces beadless, crevice-free joints for George Fischer’s SYGEF¨ PVDF and polypropylene natural piping system in sizes 20 mm (1/2") through 63 mm (2"). It is used where there is extreme concern about the presence of small beads or crevices in the piping system. Such applications can be found in the semiconductor, biotechnical, and food and beverage industries. The BCF machine clamps and aligns the pipe and fitting, producing a seamless joint by a proprietary heat-fusion method. The operator has only to position the pipe and fitting within clamping fixtures on the machine and push the button. | 
| Return to top of page IR Plus ™ (Infrared) Joining System
The Infrared (IR) System provides repeatable butt fusion joints, smaller beads, and higher joint strength. The system uses IR radiant heat to fuse the pipe and fitting together and is used with George Fischer’s SYGEF¨ PVDF or Polypropylene butt fusion fittings in sizes 20 mm (1/2") through 225 mm (9") diameter. By using radiant heat, the pipe never touches the heating surface, thus offering the user a purer, non-contaminated end-product and smaller uniform weld bead. The system virtually eliminates the chance of error through a completely computerized program which directs the operator at each step of the joining process, including facing, heating, time, temperature, cleaning, and joining distance. |

This line of processor controlled, hydraulically operated machines produce repeatable standard butt fusion joints. These machines are used to join George Fischer’s Polypropylene pipe and fittings in sizes 40 mm (1-1/4") through 315 mm (12") diameter. The system reduces the operators’ influence in the joining process through a computerized program that directs the operator at each step and controls the applied pressure. |  | Return to top of page Socket Fusion Joining System
The socket joining system is a fast and reliable system for joining George Fischer’s SYGEF PVDF or Polypropylene pipe and fittings in sizes 20 mm (1/2") through 110 mm (4"). Socket joining is ideally suited for water, wastewater and process industries as well as corrosive fluid systems, and deionized water systems. |

The FU-2000 is the smallest and lightest coil fusion in the industry. It weighs seven pounds and can be carried anywhere. It is used to join both the +GF+ Fuseal as well as the +GF+ PPRO-Seal systems. | - Easy to operate – under bench, in a ditch, or overhead
