THERMAL DISPERSION FLOW SWITCHES

use thermal dispersion technology to replace mechancial devices (such as vanes or target switches), providing excellent performance and reliability. The fixed array of heating and thermal sensor elements detect flow with no moving parts to clog or fail. Flowline offers versions in both liquid and gas. In addition, Flowline offers a series of controllers than can be mounted either directly on the flow switch or remotely mounted.

RF CAPACITANCE NON-INTRUSIVE SENSORS

mounted on the exterior wall of a plastic or fiberglass tank, this unit will sense liquid through 1" of non metallic material. Patented two point calibration ensures accuracy and easy installation. Fitting allows for welding, adhesives, or glassing. Nema 4x housing.

TUNING FORK

uses dual tuning forks which vibrate at a high frequency. As the tuning fork is progressively covered by a liquid, there is shift in frequency which activates the FET switch or 4 or 20mA output. The tuning fork is often used in conditions where there may be a frequent composition changes in the liquid.
